How Fast Track Works

Once you have registered your interest in Fast Track the following stages take place:

Stage 1
The Fast Track team at 4Children will call you to arrange a straightforward telephone “requirements” interview which will last approximately 10 minutes.

Stage 2
Your Local Authority will then be allocated an expert strategic consultant. The consultant will have an initial meeting with the relevant members of the team. Based on this assessment, a work plan proposal suggesting possible ways forward will be compiled.

Stage 3
The Fast Track team will discuss the proposal with you and agree upon a suitable programme of intervention which will be delivered by consultants with the appropriate skills.

The consultants generally work from your offices for your maximum convenience.
